We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.

Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Please Note:

Trains only run from St Ives to Lelant Saltings TWICE A DAY now. As an alternative, we recommend leaving the train at LELANT, where trains stop EVERY 2 HOURS, and; walking back to the Saltings to collect your car. Click here to check local timetables to ensure services are running before starting your quest.

You could also catch the bus back to the start of the Trail instead. Malakoff bus station is at the top of the railway station car park in St Ives. The T2 / A17 services take approx. 15 minutes and call at WYEVALE GARDEN CENTRE in Lelant, which again, is a short walk back to the car park.

As this linear route Trail is set mostly along the South West Coast Path, we strongly recommend appropriate strong waterproof footwear, particularly if it has been raining recently, some section can get quite muddy. There are few opportunities for toilets along the route, they are at Carbis Bay and then St Ives itself. Refreshments are also seasonally available at St Uny's Church, then at Carbis Bay and finally in St Ives itself.

You could always bring a picnic, the views along the Trail route are spectacular and there are several places to catch your breath and enjoy the coastal vistas!

As there are stretches of the Trail that follow the Coast Path, any junior explorers must be supervised closely and dogs should be kept on leads along these parts. To find out more about the Coast Path, you can visit their website by clicking his link.
